For Handling a big front bar will do wonders. These cars love them, Strano's hollow front 35mm or the Hotchkiss 36.5mm are the only two I would consider for improved handling. Other than shocks and tires, a big swaybar up front is the best improvement one could do IMO. Having said that a big front bar does you no favours for a good launch.... A big rear bar does, but would be boarderline dangerous without a big front to balance it. You could always disconect the front endlinks while at the track for more traction.

Your ride quality is going to suck because you have springs that are way too low. You're probably riding around on your bump stops half the time. And to make it worse, you're using shocks that are not designed for anything but stock springs.
Swaybars will not do a thing for ride quality.
If you want a smoother ride, you need different springs and probably shocks.

Get rid of those sportlines and swap the SS rear bump stops with ones from a base Z28 or T/A (and leave the aluminum spacers off).
For springs, if you mainly drag race, I would consider going back to stock. If you want it lower, you might consider the Pro-kit, or stock with Koni SA up front on the lower perch, and removing the spacer out back and winding heater hose over the top coil where it contacts the body.
