well i was having a problem with my headers started hitting the floor boards some.. so i took the car to have it checked out..

these are the arms goin up to the motor mounts on BOTH sides.. literally nothing holding my motor into the car.. i don;t have the money for a new one nor do i feel like i should have to buy one.. and they aren't a sponsor.. so i'm kinda at a loss till monday

OUCH!! that doesn't look good. Always wondered how the motor mounts would hold up being supported from the front on the k-member instead of the sides. Hopefully they will make it right for you...

it is a standard mild steel PA k member.. sais nothing about track only.. besides.. its the motor mount portiont that let go.. not like hitting a pot hole or anything caused it

Poor design = it would happen again

this is THE reason alot of people who drive on the street stay away from tubular K-members

I'd put your stock one back in!! nothing up to this point has more strenght than the stock piece... mainly because no aftermarket company wants to take the time to engineer one correctly (well UMI may have.. but only time will tell)

PA racing sucks at welding , bottom line. After seeing the one I ordered, I was disgusted not to mention the fact that the mount pedastals were off a good .5" making the motor lean.

If you call them, they used to be profab, but the one guy left and made PA racing, they were sloppy products at best, glad I went with the profab, which is and has been street driven, no issues.
