With known good brake pads costing around $70 for an LT1 front. And parts store crap being around $25..... just what do you think you'd get for the buy it now price of $11.99?

you get what you pay for, very little to no exceptions.

"The Friction under 0.36 when Temperature Achieve 300 degree C"

Thats roughly 575 degrees F. That tells you what you need to know right there. Think about an emergency stop from interstate speeds. I can imagine 600-700 deg, right about when the pads start to lost their friction. Dont buy them!

"Low Friction of Commissural Favorable for Nave" WTF does that mean?
