Default Question about UMI parts...

Hey I don't know a ton about suspension parts and came across a set of UMI rear lower control arms with the parnhard bar, they are the tubular and non adjustable version. I can get them for $160. Is this a good deal? Also what do you guys think about UMI products? Thanks

UMI is right up the road from me. I've been using/selling their stuff for a while now and it's extremely nice. Excellent welds, etc. The price you have isn't all that great. I sell those things for $170. That's a little bit more, but I honor UMI's pricing and can give you information about things that you can't always get elsewhere.

That said, if you PM me and let me know where you pricing came from, we can talk.

From personal experience I can honestly say that about UMI performance products are top of the line. I'm runnin their weld- In SFC's, LCA's with their Weld-In Relocation Brackets, and now I'm getting a torque arm. They've great prices too.

I got my boxed style SFC's from them, and they are great. They tuck under so nicely that you can't see them without getting on your hands and knees.

I run their torque arm, panhard rod, and LCA relocations. They are great products and Ryan has great customer service. Can't go wrong with them.

I've got the Rod/Poly LCA's and the Rod/Rod PHB coming soon. Look to be very good stuff.

I will just say that everyone above is 100% right. Ryan is great to deal with and their parts are top notch. Spend a few extra bucks and buy from a vendor...they help keep this site goin...

I have their adjustable panhard rod and LCA relocation brackets. I plan on buying more of their stuff in the future, as soon as I get some more cash.

Just received their lower A arms. Quality is outstanding! My brother also has their TQ arm. They have great looking welds, little to no welding spatter, and the craftsmanship rocks.

Their SFC's are massive. Very solid, tuck under nicely, you wont twist them, I can tell you that.

I've got a couple of U.M.I. parts and can vouch for the quality.
