Ride height on Qa1s with rear stock springs??

Ride height on Qa1s with rear stock springs?? I like the sound of the Qa1 Adjustable kit but they recomend the use of stock springs in the rear with the Qa1 rear shocks. I was looking forward to lowering my car slightly but if I use stock springs does this mean stock ride height in the rear??
