Heater hose mod done...now alot of squeking...any ideas?

Heater hose mod done...now alot of squeking...any ideas?
I installed hthe 5/8 heater hose on my le1 rear springs and it squeks back there alot while driving...I was thinking of spraying some silicone lube up in there to help..but of course this would have to be reapted alnmot every couple weeks...any other ideas?

are you sure the squeaking wasn't there before? and you just started paying attention because you changed something?
are you sure its not from something else that you took loose to do the job?

Back it onto the Rhino ramps, bounce it from underneath
and find the noise by ear. There are plenty of rubber
joints to squeak. Maybe the change in ride height has
put you into a crusty new spot.
