Default LS1 Rear Disk Setup on 8.5" 10 Bolt

Has anyone put late model (LS1) rear brakes on a 8.5" 10 bolt (specifically a '75 Camaro rear)???

Can it be done, and what mods need to be done?

What about the C-clips on this rear ends axles? Is this rear end worth using? - it is a posi.

Thanks,

Any help? I've purchased the rear brake setup off a LS1, need to know how to mount them on my 8.5 10 bolt.

they should bolt right up to the same backing plates. check on some s-10 forums. Back when I had my 2000 S-10 I was looking into doing this same thing. I believe the bearings are the same size on the ends there fore the backing plates should in theory bolt up the same then from there its pretty much all the same as far as the install.
