Default power steering leaking and not working well what do i do?

i have stock "power steering"

i keep adding fluid but after i drive i find it caked on the hood and all around that black box that says power steering (something like that)

it whines, it howls, it takes two arms and lots of effort in a parking lot.

what do i do?

Sounds like a hose might have a hole in it, Which is a fire hazard as Power steering fluid is flammable.
I would find the leak( hose etc) and replace it.
