Default panhard bar install

do i really need a grease gun to lube it or will WD-40 do.

Mine went in without any help. It's Rod/Rod though, so that probably made a bit of a difference. What brand did you buy? My UMI Poly/Rod LCAs came with some pre-lube for the poly end and it worked fine.

another question.....i have a adjustable panhard bar....does it matter which side i put the adjustable end on.

put it where you can get to it easiest

if one is a rod end, put that on the axle end, it will reduce the noise. and as far as the grease gun, that is for greasing the bushing after it is all together, it goes on the nipple of the poly end...dont think you can fill it with wd-40. it just helps keep it lubricated and noise down. you can pick one up at walmart for under 10 bucks.
