Default Installed Corvette rotors now steering wheel shakes?

I installed corvette rotors, and new pads, made no other changes to the car, and I now have a shake that comes on at 45-50mph, and last till about 75mph where it goes away? Could it be that the rotors are out of balance?

Aren't you supposed to install a bracket of some type when you change over to the corvette rotors/calipers?
