Default How will this make my car handle?

I am planning on getting the following very soon:

BMR sway bars
BMR panhard rod
BMR relocation brackets
BMR strut tower brace
Eibach Pro-Kit
BMR torque arm (probably come after the rest)

I do drag race the car, but I don't autocross or road race. I just want a tight suspension that is nice around town. Will this suit my goals? TIA

That looks good I would get some SFC's along with LCA's as well... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Those will help...that list looks good though

It will ride a lot worse and still push like a pig.

I don't see shocks mentioned anywhere, so all those sways and springs will be a waste of cash. You won't get the full benefit from the suspension components. And the stock DeCarbons (if that's what you have) will allow the car to skip over the asphalt like a stone on water.

The Eibachs are a good spring. I ran them for 2 years. But the rear bottomed out more often than I liked. So I switched to G2 springs which have a heavier spring rate.

The STB is a waste of $$. You will see little if any benefit, especially if you don't upgrade shocks. Also, the street tires on front will lose traction WAY before any appreciable G-Loading is applied to the front-end. The STB is supposed to prevent flex, but if you don't get adhesion, it can't flex.

For a street car, the 1LE springs, shocks and rubber is great. Save some $$ ...

I already have the lower control arms and the subframes. Sorry that I didn't mention that.

But I really don't wanna upgrade the shocks or tires yet because of $$$. I'm just looking for a nice tight ride. I will get better tires when they wear out and I will upgrade the shocks when the extra money comes around. How would this setup be then? Also, how did the G2 springs make the car handle or ride as compared to the Eibachs? Any difference in ride height? I thought that the G2 were valved specifically to work with Bilstein shocks.....how will they work with Hals? Thanks a lot for the help, I don't want to get a setup that won't help me.

My current set up is

BMR LCA's
BMR SFC's
stock PH bar
upgraded SLP sway bars
Bilstein shocks
Eibach lowering springs...

The shocks and springs came from SLP along with the sway-bars...I ordered the option...the car handles good enough... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

You can build on your suspension from there. Ride height is comparable with Eibach Pros.

The G2s are rated to work great with the Bilstien HDs ... no need for expensive re-valving.

Remember though, the stock shocks will greatly affect your handling ...

Suspension tuning is a package deal. All components have to work as a unit, to make the car handle.

And don't say you'll never AX or make a road course. It's more adicting than crack cocaine. NEVER go to an event where there are turns and stops ... you'll never drag rce again! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

BIGBOS: What is "good enough"? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Well clover leafs at 65 are no problem, tires don't even squeal... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Its pretty damn easy to throw it into a turn and come out strong...

Really tight.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
