how hard is it to install a DS loop?

Question how hard is it to install a DS loop?

looking at the UMI DSL.....
i dont even know if it will clear my TD's, i think it will, but i am willing to take the chance...

anywho...how hard is it to install??

what is involved so i have an idea..

It typically involves jacking up the rear of the car pretty decent or sideways on the car, undoing the rear drive shaft bolts (4) and dropping the shaft enough to get the loop around it then buttoning it back up then attaching the loop.

UNLESS you get the multi-piece loop which bolts on around the shaft in place and then the tough part. . .lowering the car...DONE!

Some you have to take your drive shaft off. Not sure on the umi though.
I had a BMR loop and would not work with my duals. I had speed inc make me a loop that would work.

too bad i live in south florida, no speed inc here....****** NOTHING here

maybe ill open an f bod shop hahah

where can i find one of those two piece ones??

The lakewood is nice because it can be mounted without dropping the DS.
