Default New(er) brakes feel mushy when braking hard.

My pads and rotors are 2 to 3 years old but they are low mileage. When I first did the install, I bled the crap out of my brakes. I have only driven maybe 8k miles since then and they now feel kind of mushy when I brake harder. They hit hard at first and then seem to almost lose grip but feel "gritty" at the same time. Is there a need to rebleed the brakes or what could it be? Shitty Quietstop pads?

Default

I would re-bleed.
