new guy with lowering questions

fyi...I'm no expert here. I'm just re-stating what's been posted in the past. You should do a search. There are plenty of posts regarding this.
Good Luck!

1) adjustable Panhard Rod. This allows you to correct for any left-right shifting of the rear end afterwards (you can wait on this and check after the springs are installed to see whether you're off - use a plumbob and measure distance from fender to wheel on both rear wheels - dimensions should be same)
2) LCA relocation brackets. These will allow you to lower the rear attach point (on the axle) of the LCA. The idea is to keep them parallel to the ground or slightly angled down at the rear for best traction.
3) Front wheel alignment. Often overlooked but very useful. Your spring manufacturer may have recommended alignment settings.
4) I would install new shocks simply because the fronts have to be removed to swap springs anyway, so it'll save you labor down the road. Also a set of shocks matched to your springs/driving style can make a huge improvement.
That's about all I can thing of. Hope it helps.
