A KDW "is" speed-rated for 180+...as you well know all Z Rated tires say 180+ so I know I'm being vauge in saying that. In looking at tirerack.com, they list a Y-Rated tire that reads "186-mph, Exotic/Sports cars...Good Luck!

If your are looking for high speed tires, you will have to go to Z+ ratings.

Z rated tires are good to 186 mph.

The new lambo 200+ mph top end has Z+++ tires

This is from the Cooper Tire guy, so take it for what it is worth.

Prepare to take out a home loan.

I have the BFGoodrich KD tires and they are a Y rated tire - good for 300kmh/ 186mph. Z rated are 149 and over. How far over is not specified.

Well, it looks like the Cooper Tire Guy is full of ****. I got curious myself, and decided to do some looking. Couldn't find a damn thing on Z+ crap.

Here are the tires that are placed on the new Lambo (1/4 mile: 12.0 at 119 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> )
200+ top end

Pirelli P Zero Asimmetrico; 235/35ZR-18 86Y f, 335/30ZR-18 102Y r

Just for a frame of reference.

Thanks for the input.

I think I'm gonna go with the KDW's, if I don't like them I can bring them back within 30 days and try another kind. Gotta love the Tire Kingdom 30 day ride guarantee.
