Re: I wanna stop so hard that....
Jack
you make my car look good when you post it.
2faST4U- THat is a stock 10 bolt thathe rear brakes are bolted to.
Racehead- You are correct to a certain extent on the brakes not decreasing my stopping distance by a significant amount on the first stop 50 mph. But after the first stop from 150 you can tell the difference. It was money well spent on the front . As for the rear I should of saved my money.
As for the ProSpeed kit , It looks pretty good But I am concerned with how the rotors were opened up to accept the chevy bolt pattern and the caliper bracket looking like it is two piece instead of being machined from billet stock.
Regards

BTW with my stock LS1 brakes I can stop with GT3 equipped Porsche's for about 10 minutes of track time. This includes a 135-140 to 50 mph stop going into T3, followed immediately by a 90 to 20 mph downhill braking zone at T4 at Pacific Raceways.I can activate full ABS every lap for about 10 minutes or so. The stock brakes are not that bad until they get hot, and it takes much more than 1 stop from 150 to get them that way .... unless you're talking about LT1 brakes

I know nothing about Pacific raceways, but a stock brake and pad LS1 will waste it brakes within the first three miles chasing a GT3 Porsche around Nurburgring. Brake conservation is a must at this track for certain stock braked cars with less than optimal handling.

Roy, I am just jealous man! I love your car!
Racehead, my bad man. I thought you were saying that the brakes were probably photoshopped.
