Re: I wanna stop so hard that.... Decelleration trauma is possible with Brembo's up front. Doesn't matter what you have in the rear, you could have no brakes in the rear, as long as you have those brembos up front, holy sheeeet, your gonna stop quick.
I rode in an NSX that had Brembos, there's no way to explain how amazing they are.

the stock braking system will be suffiecient for street use
your brakes can only work as hard as the tires do, tires are MUCH more important than a 4k dollar set of calipers and rotors for the front of your car...
if i had your goal for street use, i would buy some Kumho Victoracers and some Hawk HP+ pads... gotta keep in mind that the victoracers only have a treadwear rating of 50 though

I took a ride in a C5 and 70 to 0 let that shoulder strap leave a nice mark in my shoulder. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" /> They say 60-0 in 69', I believe. Re: I wanna stop so hard that.... It depends on the way that you use them. If you road race like I do and you need lap after lap consistency, get the Brembos. If you just want to stop on a dime on the street, just get the G-stop kit from LG, and some good hawk pads.
