Default Tubular Front end and Weight?

Changing the front K-member, LCA, and UCA to chromemoly tubular, how much weight does it remove off the nose.

The stock front K member weighs something like 52lbs. The BMR tubular one will run you about 25-26lbs. Looks a helluva lot better and weighs half as much. Congrats.

You'll drop around 45-47 lbs if you get everything, k-member, lower a-arms and upper a-arms. If you're doing this strictly for weight reduction I would pass on the upper's since you save only 3 lbs total plus you need to buy the upper joints that cost me $49 each

i have k-member, a-arms upper & lower, and if the k-member has built in engine mounts and hal shocks it should be even less. It is amazing how much weight F-body's can lose if you look had
