I decided to go with BMR tubular(is this a good choice). My other question is which bushings should i go with: Poly/rubber or poly/poly. It is a daily driver, and i occasionaly drag race, and never road race, i'm thinking poly/rubber, but need your expertees... Thanx!

The BMR tubular LCA will work just fine or you could go to there boxed LCA, the poly/rubber bushings are a good choice, poly/poly is also a good choice.. you just need to make sure you keep them lubed.

there's no functional difference between boxed and tubular trailing arms (LCAs), but the bushings can give you trouble. Click here

IMO the BMR poly/rubber LCA's do a good job for street duty and are very quiet. However, I'd recommend the G2 poly/rod LCA's if you're open to some extra road noise.
BTW, I've got a pair of red BMR poly/rubber LCA's for sale if anyone's interested - $50 plus shipping. They're in good shape with around 5000 miles on them.
