Minimum cost. They should just charge you 1 hour labor. That varies between shops. Try a exhaust shop that does hi-perf exhaust.

I paid $45 for some Global West to be welded. I wouldn't pay over $100.
Just make sure whoever you get knows what they're doing. It's not rocket science but you don't want a botched weld either.

I think it makes a difference as far as what location your in also. I had my KB DD SFC's welded in for $100. The welder has done a dozen already and that made a differnce for me. I probably could have gotten it done for $80. but they said they've never done it before. That was the red flag for me.

L.G. Motorsports installed my Global West SFC for $150.
That is the price they first quoted me when I called them. Then, the guy I was originally talking to transferred me to someone else, who said it would be $200 - I told him the other guy quoted me $150 and he said OK...
I am very satisfied with the work they did, but it does seem I paid more than most. I'm sure if I had purchased their G2 SFC, they would have installed them for less...
That said, shortly after that I was going to an open track day, and had to get a tech inspection form filled out by a reputable shop (or Porsche dealer )- the Porsche club rented the track, so I took it to L.G. Motorsports. Louis personally did a thorough inspection and gave me several tips - I am fairly new to road racing. He did not charge me at all for this, although he probably spent 1/2 an hour and the shop was EXTREMELY busy with some H/C installs that had to be done that day.
