Brake install?? Help please..
Also, how to re pack bearings(if needed)
& do i need to glaze/turn new rotors?
Or just simply install them.? Am pretty good with tools, recently changed my Alt & water pump. No Prob! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

jove, it turned out well.
Yes, brake cleaner is a must, but I must say,
if the "hats" are painted, don't let the cleaner
get on them. Some of the paint got cleaned away
on mine, now I have rust! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
So now I have to do it all over again to clean
and repaint the "hats".
May as well paint the calipers while I'm at it...

I can do front pads and rotors in 30 minutes ...</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">30 mins? Damn. It takes me about an hour. I've done it 5 times now so I'm getting pretty good at it. I used the instructions on installuniversity.com as well the first time. The majority of that hour is spent get the car up on jackstands.
It's quicker if you do just pads ... remove the wheel, take out the UPPER caliper guide pin bolt and pivot the calper down and the pads will pop out.

went with the Auto Zone (Aimco rotors)
My others along with my pads were cooked! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
