Default Nitto 555R IIs?

Are these still available? I couldn't find them on Nitto's website. I've been running their drag radials for over 2 years now but wanna try something different. What psi do most people use on the street? I had 25 psi in the DRs but they still wore the center out. Is the price for these the same as the drag radials?

I got mine through Discount Tire a few months ago. It looks like they've gone up a little in price since then. I got mine for $150 a piece. They're still cheaper than the drag tires though. Go to http://www.tires.com and type in your tire size (275/40/17). The Nitto is one of the first ones to come up.

I'd consider the Kumho Ecsta V700 or Victoracer instead if you're looking for a faster tire on a road course, but the Nitto is a good compromise with very good street manners. My only complaint against the Nitto against the Victoracer is the sidewall of the Nitto is very soft in comparison. I'd say the Nitto is close to a second slower on a 1 minute course also.

Yep, they're there. Does Nitto make a 315/35/17 in the 555RII Extremes? I haven't found them anywhere...
