Koni SA Shocks Seize

Yesterday I decided to adjust my shock settings on the car to a softer setting, but trying to adjust one of the shocks was a total bitch. The lower 4 settings on the shock seem to have seized. Is there anyway I can fix this like with lube or seomthing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is it common to have these issues with $800 shocks/struts?

Probably about as common as issues with $3500 short blocks.

yea I've been using the 2.5 allen wrench with the short end in first and it still seizes prior to the last four settings. Have any of you ever heard of this before?
