Default Locking Lug Nuts

I got a set of lock nuts from SLP
that replace the stock nuts on the
SS wheels (I have the 10-spokes).
This appears to be a new item with
them, #82555.

They fit with the stock caps so
they're completely invisible. I had
gotten a set of Gorilla lockers but
they were pretty obvious (bleh). The
set of 4 locks and 1 key set me back
$24.95, so if you're choosing between
an aftermarket full set, or this and
keeping the regular look, it's about a
wash (although you get less steel for
the deal).

The box sez it's from "AMCOR Accessories"
in Livonia MI (the Detroit area). You might
be able to turn these up at a lower price,
if you tried. Just on the observation that
SLP likes to mark things up a bit.

I also got a set of chrome caps (and lug
nuts, like I needed another 25 of 'em). The
caps seem easy to lose, but I should be set
for a while. Another $24.95, buck per pair
I guess isn't too heinous (I tried to get
the GM service guy to give me a couple of
freebies but no dice).
