I want to get some good all season tires on my stock wheels for the snow and to use on the front when I got drag racing...I was thinking I could fit 225/60/16 on...anything else on the stock 16X8 wheels????

You could probably go as narrow as 215x60x16 or 215x65x16 (if they make those sizes) but the 225 is probably the better choice.
My brother runs 225x55x16 Pirelli snow tires on stock 16x8s in the winter.

Does that include the stock temporary
spare rims?
1/4 mile at a time counts as "short term use",
right?

Before I got my 15" Convo-Pro frontrunners, I used to ren '99 Z-28 chrome 16x8's and Goodyears off a Olds Allero--think they were 225-60's.It was a good setup, over 8lbs. per whl lighter than my stock SS 17's. WJ.
