If you installed poly bushings did you grease them?

With the car sitting on the ground, look all around the sway bar to see if its hitting anything (you may not have it centered or the endlinks may need to me shortened).

My guess is that the ends of the bar are sitting too close to something and as the suspention moves they hit.

What did you use to lube the mounts? If you don't mind redoing it, get some anti-seize compund instead of grease. Anti-seize is much slicker so it will alow the bar to turn more easily and it also will not wash off so you won't get sqeeks in 6 months.
