Default WS6 Suspension adequate for 440 Rwhp???

Hey all,

I am contemplating whether to upgrade my suspension this year and was wondering what suspension components would be a step up from the WS6 suspension; I was thinking springs, subframe connectors, and LCAs
thanks

boxed LCAs, SFCs, and a good torque arm are gonna be just about a necessity w/ that kind of power...stiffer rear springs would also help too

I'll have to start looking into which SFCs will work with my FLP headers. To my recollection, there is only one brand that will work. However, it escapes me at the moment Do you think that the Eibach lowering springs will suffice?

Thanks for all of your help

What are you doing? (handling or drag racing)

By your signiture, I'm guessing drag racing so in that case don't change the springs. The softer springs will plant harder. Get some good strong LCAs (I always vote double rod ends.....but for drag racing poly will work.. ..) and a torque arm (for drag racing the ones that move the mount off the trans halp plant and won't brake the tail shaft housing). Have you thought about how many pieces the 10 bolt will be in when you plant that HP?

On the off chance that you want handling, the springs will help there (remove roll/pitch/dive). This is where I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS say rod ends on the LCAs!!!!! The noise increase is not near the increase in performance. Get a torque arm that uses the factory mount (your not planting hard so you won't break it and you won't get wheel hop on breaking).

Subframes are good no matter what your doing !!!

Thanks for all of the advice

And yes I am just getting into drag racing--and love it

Again, yes, I have thought about how my 10 bolt will explode and that's why I will be putting on a 12 bolt

Thanks
