i need to upgrade to atleast 17's in the front for my prospeed brakes. i was wondering what/ or if any c5 wheels fit my 98 1le. i heard the rears have different offsets.ie;will 17x8.5 w/56mm fronts or 18x9.5 w/61 mm work? i was looking at either the magnesium or zo6 wheel package. also i have found a good number of used c5 aftermarket lightweight wheels for good prices. any info is greatly appreciated

I run C5 magnesiums on my '00 z28 vert. 17's work nicely up front with 245's, the 18's out back have 295's and I ended up using a spacer to get wheel well clearance.
I have no complaints with the wheels, but my 1 wish is to find some look alikes in a 15" size so I could mount drag tires with a decent sidewall for track use.
I was thinking about getting those brakes as well, just wish they had no-name rotors
