i want to know if i should change all the bushings in my 02 camaro from the stock crap to some poly ones?

Poly causes it's own problems. Mostly, it binds the suspension. On the factory control arms, it may not be an issue (they are quite flexible), but I would suggest replacing the whole arm (LCA's and panhard rod) to really do it correctly. You will likely see some improvement from a bushing upgrade, I'm just not sure it's worth the amount of effort it will take to change them....Just my thoughts.
