<<<<<Hey BananaNutz>>>>>

Have you heard anything? Nothing here.

Also, how many sway bar to frame brackets (10360) did you receive?

I received one, but the supplement manual calls for two.

So that brings me up to eight items not included.

I have a 99' Z28 1LE, and absolutely love the car. The suspension is not in any way overbearing on the street. The car can turn on a dime. You can adjust the damper settings on the Konis'. My car came factory equipped. The ride height sits higher than regular Z28's and regular Camaros. I consider it a plus if you have less than ideal roads in your neck of the woods. I think this is the suspension that GM should have put on all Z28's, WS6's and such. Why they didn't is anybodys' guess. It's a hard ***,purpose built suspension designed for what it's supposed to do. You won't be disappointed.

I spoke to Dave at slp also.
He told me they are using a new program, and the pick sheet was inaccurate.
They will make good and send me the missing parts as soon as they are all available.

Well, it's July, and my order is still waiting to be completed. 3 problems.

1. Lower control arm arrived with torn ball joint boot. Soon to be replaced.

2. Rear coil springs are not 1LE progressive, but rather linear with a rate close to stock. No markings to identify. They will neither confirm nor deny that these are stock.

3. No upper control arms sent. Reason is that mid to late 2001's and all 2002's already have them. GM consolidated the parts across the board to minimize stock.

That is where I am.

SLP did not install the "1LE" rear springs that were used on '94-'99 1LE's on the '01-'02 cars. I have checked three sets, two '02 and one '01, and the rear springs are the same as a base Z28. They also used the '94-'97 1LE front springs, not the springs that GM used on the '98-'99 1LE's.

The front springs I received are marked 22132887.
These are the 1998-1999 LS1 springs which I believe is the same as 22132561 used on the 1994-1997 LT1. Both are rated at 360 lbs/in. I found this info on 1LE.net.

What boggles my mind is that they sent me rear springs same as those that were factory installed on my car, yet they will not send me the upper control arms, because they were factory installed on my car.
