Hello,

the springs that came with my bilstein tuned suspension kit are dark blue.

Do you also have Bilstein shocks on your car?

No, it was not an option. When I bought this setup on E-Bay-USA, I had not much experience and was just beginning reading here.

I was very disapointed by the cars suspension, especially at very high speeds. Because Bilstein is very well known and a respected company here in Europe, I decided to buy this combination of springs and shocks.

Until now, I only installed the shocks (not the springs, because I heard here, that the springs have to high rates for the bundled shocks).

The cars behaviour was VERY much improved with these shocks. Now I think it is near to the level of an european sedan (like a BMW or Audi). But it still doesn't feel like a sports car.

We really need to meet so you can check out my suspension.
If you've got time on Wednesday, September 6, that's the next time I'll be on the N'ring again.

The description seems to match Hyperco Hypercoils, however there may be others with the same dark blue colour.

Yup - my new Hypercoils are dark blue. Look closely at the bottom of the springs - there may still be a Hypercoils sticker there.

I was thinking the same thing - these are rear Hypercoils FWIW:
