why dose spohn have 2 places to mount the tq arm to the rear end where as umi has one why is that??

Hello,

The torque arms are offered with 2 sets of holes, one is for the stock rear end while the other set is for a 12-bolt or 9" set up. This helps make the torque arms more universal for rear end swaps... we do offer ours with (2) sets of holes as well, see picture below.

Ryan beat me too it, but our UMI has two sets of holes on the rearend bracket.
