my car is launching hooking then unloading and spinning at the track on the spray it hooks then spins, will a drag race sway bar fix this ?
do still have stock shocks and would like to keep them but will buy Qa1s if i have to

Sounds like you have an OK torque reaction (the initial
bite) but once the jerk event is over the applied weight
distribution relaxes and you lose adhesion. Not enough
weight transfer to maintain the wheel down force. More
acceleration should make more weight transfer but to
my (not too successful) experience it seems like surfing,
you have to get up on it right to maintain it. Too short
and you'll backslide out of maximum weight transfer.
I can't surf for **** and cut 2.0 60s....

well i have an adjustable TA/ lca/ drivers side air bag / 1 inch rear sway bar / moser 12 bolt with relocation brackets/ no front sway bar / and subframes
but the car does twist bad with a launch on the gas done a 1.60 60ft friday on motor then hitting the 175 shot and went a 6.94 @103 but does a 1.89 and spins when on the hot sauce
this is on 16 inch mt btw i want to launch it on the bottle

Having a similar issue here, good transfer, lifting a tire maybe both (hard to tell from vid) car flattens out back and hooks then spins a bit as it rolls out.... big ears here as I gota figure this out. It's not doing bad though, only 1.49 60s and yesterdays race (spinning a bit) 1.50s

Maybe it's the way you are doing your burnout. Don't spin in the water too much before the burnout because the water will go on the inner fender and your tires will become wet on the top during staging right before launching. I had the same problem before and solved it by doing my burnout on humid concrete instead of water. Now I have consistent low 1.50's 60' without any wheel spin
