Default Spring Advice

I am looking at getting some new springs for my camaro. I dont care so much for how low it is as i care about handling and performance. I want better handling than the stock springs at the same time I dont want to have to visit the chiropractor cause my back hurts like hell. In other words I dont want an extremely tough ride. I want a good balance of performance and comfort.
I have heard that the prokit handles great but ride is too stiff. The Sportlines are a smooth ride (but he didnt say anything about performance) And the BMR advertises OE ride quality with a 1" drop. Does that mean that the handling is OE quality as well?
I jsuut would like some advise and if someone would share their experience I would appreciate it thanks.
Prokit
SportLine
BMR
Strano

AFA the list above for springs to consider, Sportlines should be eliminated from the options and Sam Strano springs should be nominated as a new choice.

I went KYB AGX and Intrax for my 99z28. I loved it It had shitty tires and still handled like a champ. The stance was slamma lammin. The shocks where set to 8 the stiffist setting so for me it was a really tight ride. Another thing I liked about it was their was no body roll at all. I could slamm on the brakes jerk both ways whatever and the body was just stiff as a board.

I am a huge fan of the Strano springs. My car is a daily driver, so I need something that rides comfortably - and these springs ride fine, even over a 4 hour trip to Atlanta. As far as handling, I pushed my car pretty hard at Road Atlanta and it handled it fine. Actually it was a little scary at first because I have never pushed my car that hard and wasn't sure how it would stick. I will have a better update after I go back in Dec in a different class with no speed restrictions. As an added bonus, the lowered stance makes the car look sleeker and better.

Theres a thread you should go over. His set up is nothing thats over agressive, but it gets the job done without lowering the car too much.

Yeah I saw that post. He has a well put together setup but he doesnt go into much detail about the springs. Thanks for the help guys. Ill definately be looking into the Strano Springs.

What shocks are recomended for those springs?
I would prefer nonadjustable. Not because I am a noob but because I dont have a garage to be doing work like that. My apartment office gets pissed over working on cars.

Revalved Bilsteins would be fine as well, you just give you adjustment which can be a very useful item.
