Default Pain in the *** 2

Okay recently i have been having a problem with my car. i originally thought that my rear end had finally gone due to shaking but then soon found out that my car had been suffering from wheel hop. which is really weird cause its never done this before, and i thought if i discussed the problem in the right forum maybe i could get some help from the sponsors or any one specializing in this. i am going tommorow to pick up some new lca with new bushings from gm but i am also looking at puttin a torque arm to but dont wanna drill any holes in my car to do it as global west says! any help suggestions why my car all of a sudden started to hop??

any help would be greatly appreciated
