Question Have A Question About Swaybars

I have an 02 TA convertable.
I dont know much about swaybars but I know they give the car better handling.
My question: Whats the difference between front swaybars & rear swaybars?
2nd question: What brand do most of you have on your Camaro or TA?
************************************************** *******
Also, I dont need anything very expensive either.
Most of my money is going for other mods at this time.
Input would be great.

Start with the Strano front bar. The rear can wait.

Sometimes, yes. But that is not something I'd call all-encompassing. Acutally more often than not it's best to do both, but I agree there are a few times when starting with a front only is wise.

honestly if you cant afford both, i'd say just to wait or do a different mod first, i believe sams bars are like $379 for both front and rear and are an incredible combo

Well, I don't really 100% agree with that either. It's something I can't really assess without speaking to the person. Bars have a huge effect, and are generally second on my priority list behind correctly chosen shocks, but that's not always a given. Just last week I was in a car that had shocks (Koni's) and the owner wanted more. After talking to him and then getting to drive the car, we opted for springs over bars in his particular case.

It's all about what we want to change, and how any changes will interact with other parts on the car and/or with what the owner wants. That's why I can't do recommendations online, it's why I insist on speaking to folks personally. That's the only way I can make a good assessment.
