Default Dents On SubFrame Connectors

is this a big deal at all? I like cleaning the under carriage about every two weeks.

When I first got them I didn't think to put down anything flat on the jack before lifting the car and this is what happened .

Are they still fine? or would they be buggered up?

It happens, dont stress about it. Its not like its bent in half and is compromising the integrity of the piece. And even so its still better then no sfc's.

I hear you man, live and you learn though. Can't sweat things too much with these cars though, especially since they still develop problems even when properly taken care of, Bubbles on the sail panel, quarter dimples, cracked door panel. All things that take away from the car being 100% perfect. It's stuff like that, that really pisses me off.

I know! and those stupid bubbles on the sail panel are starting to form very slowly , and the car is ALWAYS in the garage and barely driven, it's only got 3,989 miles when I stored it for the winter, I bought the car with 593miles.

I'd like it fixed but I'm also scared to get it done, cuz every paint shop place in this city I dealt with, my old car (78_caprice mildly done) the paint never held or there would be flaws in the paint what I wasn't happy with, or it would go in for a certain spot to be fixed and come out with that spot fixed and other places what are scratched what was never there before.

My SLP subframes look just like that...if you work on your car a lot like I do, stuff like that is bound to happen.

Wow, those must be made out of some pretty thin gauge box tubing. I jack my car up on the Edel. SFC all the time and they have no dents. The Edel.'s are 1 5/8" x .120 wall round tube.

haha thanks guys! ya mine are the SLP 3 points.

Ya I'm pretty **** with my cars, espicially the Trans Am, gets detailed atleast once or twice a week and under carriage cleaned every two weeks, can't stand dirt at all.

Even my winter beater (91 Corsica LT has 227,000k) looks like it's Brand New lol.
