Default springs on my t/a

I was considering putting some springs on my car to lower it and help handling a bit. Just curious as to see how much traction I will actually lose? How hard is it on the rear end? and how much would it cost just for the install? Thanks in advance!!

I also have the pro kit i really did'nt lose much traction but to me it was worth the look. I put the springs on the car myself it really was'nt hard at all unless you just want to pay.
