Pinion angle after adj. torque arm
What would ya'll say is the right pinion angle for me to start at with a4 d/d. I drove car yesterday after install and when i let off gas at high speed there is a loud growl. Makes me think something may be in a bind. It goes away when car speed drops below say 65 mph or it isn't as bad. Could this be that torque arm is attached to crossbrace and sfc's now? I thank -5 degrees may be to much, -2 may be better.

ive got the same problem now, i started at -4 and it was terrible, im at -1 now and its still vibrating a little bit at higher rpms, ive talked to a few guys that had to go all the way to +1 to get rid of it

Stock angle is 0, +1. A4 and M6 will need different angles. Since you have an A4, you want to go with -1 or -2. I've played around with my angles alot. I had it at +1 recently and was experiencing vibrations as RPMs got higher. Now it's at -2 and all good.

I talked with BMR and they said -2, so today I reset from -5 to -2 really made a big difference. Ran it up to 125 mph let off the gas and no loud growl. Car even felt a little looser, did not feel as if it was binding up at all. thanks to all, Caddo
