Default do i really need to go the EXTREME?

i just got done putting my 12 bolt rear end in, thanks to the help of kyle, NA$TY-TA. and i need a new rear sway bar. the stock one wont fit, because i would have to cut the brackets off the 12 bolt from where kyle had his EXTREME BMR sway bar. here is my question....do i really need to go with the EXTREME sway bar or would it really be better for me to just cut the brackets and put the stock one back on? I am never going to make my car go as fast his. The car right now as it sits is just a car i take to the track a few times a year just to say I did it and a weekend cruiser mainly. Im eventually going forced induction, so ill be happy with a 10 sec car, nothing crazy. also for right now, are you able to drive the car around SAFELY without a rear sway bar at all? thanx.

I wouldnt drive around with no rear sway bar. If it were me, I would go with the new sway bar. They do make a big difference.

Here you go this is what I did when I got the 12 bolt. I used the Spohn 25mm and their brackets shown. This part of the forum seems slow for people to respond I am still waiting on my UMI Tubular k-member thread for someone to answer. I would not drive around without one on the car.

I would go with the Extreme bar if you are planning on going 10's and FI.

but i wont be running at the track all the time. and when i race there is hardly anyone who wants to race from digs around here. so would it benefit me to spend the 450 plus shipping just for me run a few 10 sec slips at the track?
