Get a level and put it up to the side of the rear tire on the inside and see if it is off any. If so it's because your rear-end isn't aligned and an adjustable PHB would be needed.

actually, my car was doin the same thing b4 i changed the shocks/springs. it was leaning about 1.5 inches. put in the new shocks/springs, its still there but not as bad and noticable. the stock springs on the passenger side were more compressed than on the drivers side. It turns out that the old owner before me hit a curb or something , and thats what caused that.

My drivers side is actaully lower than the pass. side. My brother ran my car sideways into the curb and I think when they replaced the lower rear spring perch, I think it was put on at the wrong angle.

My 2000 T/A has sat lower on one side than the other from when it was delivered new. Has 35k miles on it now, never been wrecked, has an adjustable PR, and it still sits the same way.

The Adj PR was only installed to properly center the rear after I installed the 17x11 wheels out back. Don't see how that would correct ride height?

Mine too. I guess it's more common than I thought.

I've never seen an F-body that didn't lean to one side slightly. Both of mine do as well.
