Default Brakes lock up when given slight pressure...

Ok, heres the deal.

I had my car down for approx. 2 months due to engine issues.

I had the hydrolics disconnected as we pulled the tranny out (didnt touch the pressure plate on back) but its been sitting for a while.

We finally got the car running again, but I noticed as we drive it, soon as you give it a little bit of pressure on the brakes, the pedal pressure starts to increase and the brakes start rubbing hard, to the point of locking up after 10 seconds or so ( you can drive the car, hit the brakes once, and it will come to a stop on its own).

We let the car sit for a couple minutes, and then its back to normal until you touch the brakes again.

Anyone have any idea what it is?

Do they need to be bled, or is my master cylinder out, or what could cause the problem?

Looks like it was the line lock. I guess I put the wires on it wrong when I reconnected it, but it still doesnt make much sense lol.
