I found removing the rear springs made getting the rear end bolts in easier.

Ok?? Seems kinda unnecessary to me.
If you need more room to get to the rear bolts, unload the rear suspension. That will free up space.

when I did mine, I did not have a lift so clearance was tight laying under the car. when you take off the TA, the rear springs will push the rear axle down in the front. I could not push the axle up to get the bolts in so I took off the rear springs and was able to get the bolts in no problem.

I took the panhard rod off of the end that connects to the rear so I could slide a jack under it...you'll need to be able to rotate the rear end about the axles so you can line up the holes on the torque arm with the holes in the rear end. Removing the panhard rod helped this a lot...otherwise, it'll want to bind on you (unless you have a rod end on that end, but it'll still bind at some point).

yea it bound up alot, we ended up sanding the powdercoat off the torque arm where it connects to the rear end, taking the clamshell off and the bushing off, and then with a combo of wiggling, tugging, pushing and forcing it went togehter..

now i cant get the bolt into the top of the dam clamshell lol
