Default when will i need LCAs and Torque Arm?

I've got a 99 Z28 with just a lid and cat-back and im getting the clutch and trans done aswell as SFCs. Here is the deal, i have $500 and id like some headders, but i dont know if i should try to but a band-aid on my rear with a TA and LCAs. What do you all think. will LCAs and a TA really be needed with just basic bolt-ons? i dont ever launch my car, im just expecting my driving style to get more aggressive with the new clutch and trans and im sure i will encounter alot wheel hop. so should i get some stuff for the rear, or tempt it even more with some more power?

I'd just get the headers you want. You'll have alot more fun with them.
