What the hell is this?
i have a regular aftermarket lower control arm. Then i have this extra lower control are below it. i've never seen a setup like this. it was on the car when i got it. What is this,whats it called, who makes it, is it good?

LOL, you got yourself some Lakewood 'Traction Action' lift bars. They work best on cars with a 4link setup (fox bodied mustangs, etc) but apparently they're made for fbodies too...

oh, and if you remove the lower adjustable rod and the bracket that mounts to the axle, you're left with some decent LCAs
