A little PB blaster will do wonders if you let it soak and do its thing.

Than just whack it with the hammer and they should pop right off.

The OEM Brembo rotors are good stuff. That's what we use on BMWs. I don't work on anything else, but I'm sure the quality is the same across the board for their OEM replacements.

I used break free penatrating oil, works!!!!

I wouldn't use a rubber mallet. I tried that 2 weeks ago and ended up bending the head right off a rubber mallet. A mini-sledge will do the trick since you aren't saving the rotors.
