A little PB blaster will do wonders if you let it soak and do its thing.
Than just whack it with the hammer and they should pop right off.
The OEM Brembo rotors are good stuff. That's what we use on BMWs. I don't work on anything else, but I'm sure the quality is the same across the board for their OEM replacements.

also try not taking them off stone cold. take the car for a drive, heat them up, it might help. if you car is already in bits (can't drive) then heat it up with a hair dryer or heat gun. then bash the bejesus out of it with a rubber mallet.
