Probably. But at $120 plus shipping you can buy new rear springs. Why would you want a band-aid?

My hypercos had a sag in the rear too. I sent the Prokits back as the car drove like crap. The difference between the two was unbelievable. Sounds like Stranos, Hotchkis, or BMR would be the way to go.
