Default Springs

Alright Im stuck, I love the way that the pro-kit makes our cars look. I dont really care too much for ride quality, so that doesnt bother me on how much everyone says about them not being good. But now I heard that Sams springs lower the car just as much and are 100x better. That wouldn't suprise me at all, because we all know that Sam Strano is THE MAN when it comes to suspension. Does anyone have any pics with their car lowered with Strano's springs?? Using stock shocks or revavles?? Any help would be MUCH appreciated, because this will determine what setup I go with in the next couple of weeks to prepare for my TT2's.........

Your ride quality could be caused by different reasons, but if you use stock shocks on those prokit springs, thats an obvious one. Get some revalves, or Konis if you want the adjustment. I actually used the same koni adjustment for stock springs as I do Strano springs

I dont have the pro-kit, I am deciding between the 2, but I am leaning towards Strano's cause they dont seem to ride much higher. Anybody else have anymore opinions????

personally i would go with the strano springs and the revalves. Thats what I decided to go with. I would love to show you some pics but im waiting on the revalves(just ordered them from sam on friday) After reading some of the threads about prokits I decided to go with the strano springs. I am not sure if they drop it as much as the prokit but im not one for the slammed look

Once I get my tax return back, I will be going with your springs Sam. You and a bunch of research has convinced me to not go with the pro-kit and go with your springs. I will most likely buying an adj. panhard rod as well so I can center my 315's when I get them. Any suggestions on one??

I don't work weekends.... So, no suggestions until Monday (today). As for which PHB, that's something we have to discuss in person, but w/315's, it's always the smartest move to run the $169 double rod-end version (Chrome-moly too, if it matters) for the minimum amount of deflection to do all you can to keep the tires from rubbing.
