Default Strano springs are on, pics inside.

I thought everyone was exagerating when they said how much of a difference this suspension stuff makes, but they weren't. Its a COMPLETLY different car. Anyway, here are the pics.

And my 3" true dual ground clearance

I didn't take any before pics/measurements since I had the heads and intake manifold off my car at the time so I'm sure that raised it up a bit.

Car looks cool...you also have very good looking wheels to match.

Are those Strano Custom springs or Strano Sportlines?

Cant wait to get my strano/koni package on. Looks Great. Curious as to what you set the inital setting on the shocks too. Also run into any problems in the install? Did you use the install univerisity guide?

The only problem was trying to get the rusted nuts off the stock shocks, I ended up having to chissel them off.

Car looks really low in the front, could this be caused by the 100lb heavier LT1 iron block. Be very careful while driving.

Yeah I wish the front was a littler higher than it is, other than that I'm happy. Sam do you think it's still far enough away from the bumpstops in the front to be ok? And I'll be calling you early next week to discuss the alignment, and shock settings. And I haven't gottan an alignment yet and I had the front camber maxed out (-) so that probably gives the illusion that the front sits lower than it does since the top of the tire will be higher up. I used a straight edge and the top of the tire was atleast 1" in more than the bottom.

My springs aren't really very low. Most cars end up around 26" even ground to fender on a stock diameter tire. We don't have any measurements on this car, and clearly there is a good exhaust room. It doesn't appear to be to me, in any way ultra low. Very few springs are taller than mine are actually.

I'll try to get some measurements when I find my tape measure. (just moved) It rides and handles awesome though, it actually rides better than stock, the brake dive is gone, no body roll, ect. I couldn't be happier. Now I just gotta find a shop to do an alignment and I'll be set.

Specify the alignment settings you want and get printout afterwards. Here's some settings:

LS1.com Recommended Alignment Settings

................. Camber (°)..........Caster (°)..........Toe (°)
factory .......+1(± 0.5),........... +3(± 0 .5),........... 0.15(± 0.5)
autox/street -0.5 to -1.0......... +4.0 to +5.0......... 0.0
autox*........ -1.5................... +4.0 to +5.0......... 1/16 inch toe out
