missing strut mounts? hey i went to install stock springs with some slp blistens and the guy that did them for me said he could not put them in the front because he says im missing strut mount, holds the strut to the spring, i have the qa1 with hotchkiss springs right now and he said that those work because they are coilovers, those anybody now were i could get this strut mounts ?

Verdad Gallardo I think I even have a set of factory ones laying around, too. Does anyone know if the Bilsteins are a different diameter than the Koni or stock shocks? Just to be on the safe side, I'll give you the stock ones if you still need them. I'm pretty sure they will fit the Bilsteins, otherwise Bistein would have included a special size perch with their shocks, right?
Oh yeah, the Koni comes with them because the top hats are too big in diameter to slide them on or off without taking the shock apart. Now I remember. So they should all be the same diameter.

Joser, I can only find one of the stock perches. I tried the Koni ones on the stock shock and it is a perfect fit so I'll send you them. I also just remembered that you will need the hard nylon spring coil cup things as well.
I only have the one to send you. It goes under the spring to make the coil end sit flat. See if you can get another one from the dealer or somewhere.

Just got them mailed. Should be 3-4 days.
What are you going to do with the QA1's once you get them off?
